These Antlers Don't Feed Themselves

In the warm summer months, the animals of Rocky Mountain National Park feast on the land. This elk buck was eating all the short grasses it could find in the high alpine meadows of the park, more than 2 miles above sea level. The fun thing is that if you snap a photo at just the right time, they look like they're smiling at you!
